Individual Hypnotherapy Sessions (in person at my office)

Sessions are ~60-90 minutes ($100/session). Individual sessions are tailored to the unique goals of the person using a combination of hypnosis, brain entrainment, behavioral strategies, and meridian tapping, as suitable to the situation. We will briefly review your goals, go over some behavioral strategies, and then do the hypnotherapy session. I will show you how to practice self-hypnosis to reinforce the messages. I also provide you with a hypnosis audio(s) for you to listen to on your own to further reinforce the changes.

  • Cognitive (thought) and behavioral (action) techniques: self-hypnosis, goal setting, reading educational materials, etc.
  • Brain Entrainment: a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain’s frequency following response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat. This frequency following response of brainwave entrainment can be seen in action with those prone to epilepsy. If a strobe flashes at their seizure frequency, the brain will "entrain" to the flashing light, resulting in a seizure. On the positive side, this same mechanism is commonly used to induce many brainwave states, such as a trance, enhanced focus, relaxation, meditation or sleep induction. The brainwave entrainment effectively pushes the entire brain into a certain state.
  • Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)/Meridian Tapping: a bilateral brain reprogramming technique that involves tapping on the body's meridian points while inculcating helpful verbal messages.


Remote Hypnotherapy Sessions (via phone )

Sessions are ~60-90 minutes ($75/session). Individual sessions are tailored to the unique goals of the person using a combination of hypnosis, brain entrainment, behavioral strategies, as suitable to the situation.

Would you prefer staying within the comfort of your home or office for your session?  Whether your reason is that you are located out of the area, that you are very busy and don’t have time to drive to my office, or  simply that you can relax more deeply in your own space, this option is your best  choice.  Whatever your reason, Remote Hypnosis Sessions are similar to in-person hypnosis sessions, and provide your mind with the exact same benefits – in fact, I have found that my remote clients thrive in the same way as my local clients do.

We begin with an in-depth conversation, and when I feel that I understand your unique needs, usually, we conclude our conversation, hang up, and I record your personal session within 24 hours and email it to you as an MP3.  

There are instances where my client would prefer to relax and listen along as I record the session. This can be accomplished as well.


Couples/2-Person Hypnotherapy Sessions

Sessions are ~60-90 minutes ($150/session) . Sessions are tailored to a common goal of the couple/partners/friends using a combination of hypnosis, brain entrainment, behavioral strategies, and meridian tapping, as suitable to the situation.  It can be especially helpful when two people are trying to lose weight, quit smoking, etc. to do it together. Partners/friends can bolster success when they have a common goal!

We will briefly review your goals, go over some behavioral strategies, and then do the hypnotherapy session. I will show you how to practice self-hypnosis to reinforce the messages. I also provide you with a hypnosis audio(s) for you to listen to on your own to further reinforce the changes.


4-Person Group Hypnotherapy Sessions

Sessions are ~60-90 minutes ($300 per session (includes 4 people)).

Do you have a small group of 4 people who could benefit from hypnotherapy? Sessions are 60 minutes. Group sessions offer a great introduction to hypnotherapy and are effective for initiating goals and reinforcing desired behavior. 

We will briefly review your goals, go over some behavioral strategies, and then do the hypnotherapy session. I will show you how to practice self-hypnosis to reinforce the messages. I also provide you with a hypnosis audio(s) for you to listen to on your own to further reinforce the changes.
