Hypnosis can help people to address both their addictions and associated problems. Hypnosis can influence the client after they come out of a hypnotic trance.

the unique goals of the person using a combination of hypnosis, brain
entrainment, behavioral strategies, and meridian tapping, as suitable to
the situation. We will briefly review your goals, go over some behavioral strategies, and then do the hypnotherapy session. I will show you how to practice self-hypnosis to reinforce the messages. I also provide you with a hypnosis audio(s) for you to listen to on your own to further reinforce the changes.
Remote Hypnotherapy Sessions (via phone or Zoom )
Sessions are ~90 minutes ($100/session). Individual sessions are tailored to the unique goals of the person using a combination of hypnosis, brain entrainment, behavioral strategies, as suitable to the situation.
Would you prefer staying within the comfort of your home or office for your session? Whether your reason is that you are located out of the area, that you are very busy and don’t have time to drive to my office, or simply that you can relax more deeply in your own space, this option is your best choice. Whatever your reason, Remote Hypnosis Sessions are similar to in-person hypnosis sessions, and provide your mind with the exact same benefits – in fact, I have found that my remote clients thrive in the same way as my local clients do.
We begin with an in-depth conversation, and when I feel that I understand your unique needs, usually, we conclude our conversation, hang up, and I record your personal session within 24 hours and email it to you as an MP3.
There are instances where my client would prefer to relax and listen along as I record the session. This can be accomplished as well.
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)/Meridian Tapping
Sessions are ~90 minutes ($100/session). This is a bilateral brain reprogramming technique that involves tapping on the body's meridian points while inculcating helpful verbal messages. This is a hands on way for reprocessing thoughts and increasing motivation.
Couples/2-Person Hypnotherapy Sessions
Sessions are ~90 minutes ($150/session) . Sessions are tailored to a common goal of the couple/partners/friends using a combination of hypnosis, brain entrainment,
behavioral strategies, and meridian tapping, as suitable to the
situation. It can be especially helpful when two people are trying to lose weight, quit smoking, etc. to do it together. Partners/friends can bolster success when they have a common goal!
